In law, a judgment, also spelled judgement, is a decision of a court regarding the rights and liabilities of parties in a legal action or proceeding. A decision matrix is a list of values in rows and columns that allows an analyst to systematically identify, analyze, and rate the performance of relationships between sets of values and information. A decision cycle is a sequence of steps used by an entity on a repeated basis to reach and implement decisions and to learn from the results.
