Debbie Ugochukwu Collins (born 15 April 1992) is a Nigerian model and beauty pageant titleholder who represented Nigeria at Miss World 2016 pageant. She also emerged first runner-up at the 2015 edition of the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria pageant thus earning her the opportunity to represent Nigeria at Miss Universe 2015. She is from Ebonyi State. Miss Universe 2015 was the 64th Miss Universe pageant, held at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States on December 20, 2015. This was the first edition of the pageant to be held under the ownership of WME/IMG, which purchased the Miss Universe Organization from Donald Trump on September 14, 2015. Consequently, it is also the first Miss Universe event to be aired by Fox and Azteca as the pageant's respective English and Spanish broadcasters instead of NBC. At the end of the event, Paulina Vega of Colombia crowned Pia Wurtzbach of the Philippines as Miss Universe 2015. Miss World 2016, the 66th edition of the Miss World pageant, was held on December 18, 2016 at the MGM National Harbor, Oxon Hill, Maryland, United States. 117 contestants from all over the world competed for the crown.
