Dear Happy
''Dear Happy'' is the third studio album by English singer-songwriter Gabrielle Aplin. It was released on 17 January 2020, through Aplin's own label Never Fade Records, and distribution group AWAL. ''Dear Happy'' marks Aplin's first studio-length release since her second studio album '' Light Up the Dark'' (2015). The album was announced through Aplin's Twitter and website on 10 September 2019. Aplin will tour in support of the record in early 2020. Background Aplin said the album began "with the moment I made a definitive decision to start to unravel and rewire my brain", calling it "a past, present and future letter to myself". Gabrielle Aplin
Gabrielle Ann Aplin (born c. October 1992) is an English singer-songwriter. After amassing a following for her acoustic music covers on YouTube, Aplin signed a recording deal with Parlophone in February 2012. She rose to prominence the following November when she was selected to record the soundtrack for a John Lewis television commercial with a cover of Frankie Goes to Hollywood's " The Power of Love", which went on to top the UK Singles Chart. Her debut album, '' English Rain'', was released in May 2013 to positive reviews. Paul Dixon (born 8 August 1989 in London, England) is an English singer-songwriter and guitarist. He was known in the years 2010–2012 as David's Lyre, but is now using the musical project name Fyfe. He picked the name David's Lyre during his university studies in Manchester, in reference to the musical skills of the biblical King David with the lyre. John Paul Cooper (born 1 November 1983) is an English singer and songwriter. He is best known for featuring on the Jonas Blue single " Perfect Strangers". The song was certified platinum in the UK. His follow-up solo single was "September Song". He is signed to Island Records.
