Deal Or No Deal Indonesia
On May 19, 2007, Indonesia launched its own version of ''Deal or No Deal'', called ''Deal or No Deal Indonesia'', hosted by Tantowi Yahya, previously host of that country's version of '' Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?''. The prizes range from as little as Rp500 (US$0.04), to as much as Rp2,000,000,000 (US$167,000). The set and rules of the game are the same as the US version. Tantowi Yahya (born 29 October 1960 in Palembang) is an Indonesian artist, presenter and politician who is a former Ambassador of Indonesia to New Zealand, Samoa and Tonga. He is most famous for hosting the Indonesian version of ''Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? (Indonesian game show), Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?''.
