Dayar-e-Dil
''Diyar-e-Dil'' ( ur, ; ) (also known as ''Dayar-e-Dil'') is a Pakistani television drama serial, that originally aired on the Hum TV from 17 March 2015 to 27 October 2015, consisting of a total of 33 episodes. ''Diyar-e-Dil'' follows the lives of a dysfunctional family led by Agha Jaan and his grandchildren, Wali and Farah. The story is told in a heavily serialized manner. It revolves around the lives of Wali and Faarah, who were forced to commit with each-other for the cause of reuniting their family, that fell apart long ago because of Agha Jaan's eldest son Behroze, when he called off his long engagement to marry his late-love interest. ''Dayar-e-Dil'' ( ur, ; English: ''The Valley of Heart'') is a novella by Pakistani fiction writer Farhat Ishtiaq, published in 2010. ''Dayar-e-Dil'' was first published in ''Shuaa Digest'' as a story in its complete novel section, followed by ''Mere Humdum Mere Dost''. In 2010, both stories was compiled in a book of the same name of a former story (English: My life partner, My friend) by Ilm-o-Irfan publications. Plot summary Faarah is a young doctor who is currently doing her house job. Her mother Ruhina left to Karachi after their dispute over the property, which Ruhina is demanding from her Father in law in respect to the divorce of Farah and Wali.
