Davis Senior High School (known as Davis High or DHS or DSHS) is one of two high schools located in Davis, California, in the United States. DHS is a WASC accredited, 3-year, public comprehensive high school covering grades 10–12. The campus opened its current location in 1961; the previous high school location is now Davis City Hall. Enrollment for school year 2017–2018 was 1,749 students. The school's mascot is the Blue Devil, from the nickname for the popular WWI French Army Division. Nevada Wolf Pack Football
The Nevada Wolf Pack football program represents the University of Nevada, Reno (commonly referred to as "Nevada" in athletics) in college football. The Wolf Pack competes in the Mountain West Conference at the Football Bowl Subdivision level of the NCAA Division I. It was founded on October 24, 1896, as the Sagebrushers in Reno, Nevada. The Wolf Pack's home field is Mackay Stadium, located at the north end of its campus in Reno, having been moved from it original location which opened on October 23, 1909. The "new" Mackay Stadium saw its first game on October 1, 1966 with a seating capacity of 7,500 and has undergone several renovations. Eric Beavers
Eric Beavers (born October 3, 1964) is a former American football quarterback. Beavers played three seasons in the Austrian Football League for the Graz Giants in Austria. He also played one season with the Los Angeles Cobras of the Arena Football League. He played college football at the University of Nevada, Reno and attended Davis High School in Davis, California. Early years Beavers earned four letters in baseball and football at Davis High School. He played free safety and quarterback as a junior in football. He was not a full-time starter at quarterback until his senior year when he threw for 1,600 yards and twelve touchdowns while leading Davis to a 6–2–1 record and the Delta League championship. Jalil Anibaba (; born October 19, 1988) is an American former professional soccer player who last played in Major League Soccer for Columbus Crew. He is currently a club ambassador for Nashville SC.
