David Warren (American Football)
David Warren (born October 14, 1978) is a former collegiate American football player from Tyler, Texas. High school career As a sophomore in 1994, he played for the John Tyler High School Lions team under coach Allen Wilson (American football), Allen Wilson, which went 16–0 and won the 5A Division II state championship in Texas. The championship run included a 1994 John Tyler vs. Plano East high school football game, legendary regional semifinal game between John Tyler High School and Plano East Senior High School, in which he caught one touchdown pass on offense and scored another touchdown on defense on a fumble recovery. For the season, Warren registered 124 tackles and six sacks. In his junior year, Warren piled up 126 tackles with 18 sacks and four blocked punts. In 1996 while still attending John Tyler High School, he was named USA Today High School Defensive Player of the Year and the Bobby Dodd National Lineman of the Year by the Touchdown Club of Atlanta. Sir David Alexander Warren, KCMG (born 11 August 1952) is a British diplomat, serving as HM Ambassador to Japan in the period 2008–2012. He retired from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in January 2013, and served as chairman of The Japan Society in London from 2013 to 2019. Biography Educated at Homefield Preparatory School when on Grove Road in Sutton, Surrey, Epsom College and Exeter College, Oxford, Warren joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 1975. He studied Japanese between 1976 and 1978 at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, and at the British Embassy language school in Kamakura, Japan. Warren dealt with EU/Japan trade and economic relations (and multilateral trade policy issues more generally) in the FCO's European Community Department from 1983 to 1986. David Ronald de Mey Warren (20 March 192519 July 2010) was an Australian scientist, best known for inventing and developing the flight data recorder and cockpit voice recorder (also known as FDR, CVR and "the black box"). Early life Warren was born to Rev Hubert and Ellie Warren and had three siblings. He was born on a remote mission station on Groote Eylandt in the Northern Territory, the first white child born on the island. He was educated at Launceston Church Grammar School and Trinity Grammar School, New South Wales. His father died in the crash of the de Havilland D.H.86 ''Miss Hobart'' over the Bass Strait in 1934. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours from the University of Sydney, a PhD in fuels and energy from Imperial College London, a Diploma of Imperial College, and a Diploma of Education from the University of Melbourne.

Dave Warren (born 28 February 1981 in Cork) is a striker who played for League of Ireland side Cork City. Warren's previous clubs include Wrexham FC and Cobh Ramblers. Warren also once scored a double hat trick in a league match for Cobh Ramblers. Club career Warren took his first football steps with local club Mayfield United as a stylish central midfielder. He was quickly spotted and was part of the Republic of Ireland Under 16 squad that won the UEFA Under-16 Championships in 1998. In 2000, he moved to Welsh side Wrexham but after two frustrating seasons during which he made just six League appearances for The Robins.
