David Wadelton
David Wadelton (born 1955) is an Australian artist who lives and works in Melbourne. He is best known for his cyber-pop paintings, almost photorealist in style. Career Since 1984 he has had nearly 20 solo exhibitions in galleries in Melbourne and Sydney, including Pinacotheca, Melbourne and Annandale Galleries Sydney. The most recent exhibitions include ''Pop Life'' at Rex Irwin Gallery, 1998; ''Brand Power'', Robert Lindsay Gallery Melbourne 1998; ''Techno Pop'' at Robert Lindsay Gallery, Melbourne, 2000; ''Brand New Release'', Tolarno Galleries, Melbourne, 2003 and a solo show at Tolarno Galleries during the 2004 Melbourne Art Fair. He has also been the subject of a major survey exhibition, "Pictorial Knowledge", at Geelong Art Gallery in 1998. Contemporary Art Centre Of South Australia
The Contemporary Art Centre of South Australia (CACSA), formerly Contemporary Art Society (CAS), was an art museum and art space located in the Adelaide suburb of Parkside, in South Australia. In late 2016 it merged with the Australian Experimental Art Foundation to form ACE Open. The quarterly art journal ''Broadsheet'' was published by the CAS from 1954. Robert Rooney
Robert Rooney (1937–2017) was an artist and art critic from Melbourne, Australia, and a leading figure in Australian Conceptual art. Biography Born in Melbourne on 24 September 1937, Rooney lived in Northcote until December 1939 when he moved to Broomfield Road, East Hawthorn. He trained at Swinburne College of Technology, Melbourne from 1954 to 1957, then at Preston Institute of Technology ( Phillip Institute), Preston, between 1972 and 1973. The Australian Centre For Contemporary Art (ACCA) is a contemporary art gallery in Melbourne, Australia.
