David Summers is the first solo album released by Spain, Spanish musician David Summers Rodríguez, David Summers in 1994. The album includes collaborations with Alejandro Sanz and Dani Mezquita, and was dedicated to David's father, Manuel Summers, in light of his death. David Summers Rodríguez
David Summers Rodríguez (born 26 February 1964) is a Spanish musician, singer-songwriter, and bassist. He is best known as the lead vocalist of the Spanish pop rock band Hombres G. Early and personal life Summers was born in the Chamberí district of Madrid, Spain, to Manuel Summers Rivero, a Spanish film director and screenwriter of English descent, and Consuelo Rodríguez Marquez on 26 February 1964. Summers married Marta Madruga on 18 January 1992 and they're the parents of twins, Daniel and Lucía, born in 2000. Madruga played the role of Summers' girlfriend in the 1987 film ''Sufre Mamón'' and it is speculated that she is the subject of such songs as " Marta tiene un marcapasos". Alejandro Sanz
Alejandro Sánchez Pizarro, better known as Alejandro Sanz (; born 18 December 1968), is a Spanish musician, singer and composer. Sanz has won 22 Latin Grammy Awards and four Grammy Awards. He has received the Latin Grammy for Latin Grammy Award for Album of the Year, Album of the Year three times. The singer is notable for his flamenco-influenced ballads, and has also experimented with several other genres including pop music, pop, rock music, rock, funk, contemporary R&B, R&B and jazz. Born in Madrid to parents from Andalusia, Sanz began playing guitar at age seven, taking influence from his family's flamenco roots. Manuel Summers Rivero (26 March 1935 – 12 June 1993) was a Spanish film director, screenwriter and actor. Biography Father of David Summers Rodríguez leading singer of Pop group Hombres G and of Cheyenne Summers, Spanish voice actress, and brother of journalist Guillermo Summers, was born in Seville and later made adoptive son of Lepe, Huelva.
