David Pack
David Robert Pack (born July 15, 1952) is an American singer and musician who co-founded the rock band Ambrosia in the 1970s. Career As performer Pack was co-founder, guitarist and main vocalist for the band Ambrosia. His collected works as a performer and producer have sold over forty million units worldwide. Hits from the band written and sung by Pack include certified Gold singles " Biggest Part of Me" (1980), "You're the Only Woman (You & I)" (1980) and " How Much I Feel" (1978). He co-wrote and sang lead on the band's first Top 20 hit, "Holdin' on to Yesterday" (1975). His 2005 solo album, ''The Secret of Movin' On'', included remakes of "Biggest Part of Me" and "You're the Only Woman". Pack guested on lead vocals on the song "Ground Zero" for Kerry Livgren's 1980 solo album, '' Seeds of Change''. He then performed on Kansas' '' Vinyl Confessions'' album in 1982. He would later contribute guest lead vocals on the track "Shine On" off of the album ''It's a Jungle Out There ...

I Just Can't Let Go
"I Just Can't Let Go" is a song by David Pack, featuring Michael McDonald (musician), Michael McDonald and James Ingram. It was released as a single in 1986 and was the third of three charting singles released from Pack's debut solo album, ''Anywhere You Go''. The song reached No. 13 on the U.S. ''Billboard'' Adult Contemporary chart during the fall of 1986. It spent 11 weeks on the chart. The song describes the estrangement of a lying lover to whom the singer had given his "heart and soul," yet still constantly remembering the love they lost, wondering if the guilty one is feeling the same, and leaving the door open for reconciliation. "I Just Can't Let Go" was re-recorded in 1996 by Ambrosia (band), Ambrosia together with Pack (the band having reunited in 1989) for their 1997 ''Anthology (Ambrosia album), Anthology'' compilation. ''Try Anything Once'' is the first solo album by Alan Parsons, released in 1993. It was his first album following the split of The Alan Parsons Project. This album features vocals by Ambrosia's David Pack, Jacqui Copland, former Mindbender and 10cc guitarist Eric Stewart, and Manfred Mann's Earth Band frontman Chris Thompson. The album features completely digital recording and mixing. It was recorded at Parson's first "Parsonics" studio in Sussex England with the orchestra recorded at Air Studios in London. There is an Easter egg inside the inlay. One of the pictures is a stereogram; when the viewer looks at it correctly, an image of a man and woman upside down will appear, similar to the other pictures in the album's artwork. ''Anywhere You Go'' is the first full-length recording from David Pack, the lead singer for the band Ambrosia (band), Ambrosia. The LP was released in November 1985. Pack wrote five songs himself and co-wrote the other five. The album contains three charting singles. John Elefante
John Elefante (born March 18, 1958) is an American singer-songwriter, instrumentalist, and record producer. From 1981-1984, he was lead vocalist of the rock group Kansas and is currently touring with several groups that have featured members from classic rock bands. His credits include writing and singing lead vocals on three multi-platinum albums. He produced albums that have earned numerous GMA Dove Awards, four Grammy Awards (most recently in 2000), and ten Grammy nominations. He has maintained a close working relationship with his brother, Dino, co-writer of several Kansas songs. ''It's a Jungle Out There'' is the first album by Mastedon, the studio project formed by brothers John & Dino Elefante. It was released in 1989 on Regency Records, while they were setting up their own label "Pakaderm Records". Long out-of-print, it was re-issued by Deep Music Distribution in 2006 in the form of digital downloads, available from iTunes and eMusic, and in 2022, a remastered CD-only release from Girder Music. ''Vinyl Confessions'' is the eighth studio album by American rock band Kansas, released in 1982 (see 1982 in music).
