David Marshall (October 26, 1846 – February 14, 1920) was a Canadian politician. Born in Halton County, Canada West, Marshall was a businessman, before being elected to the House of Commons of Canada for the Ontario electoral district of Elgin East in a 1906 by-election, after the sitting MP, Andrew B. Ingram, was appointed Vice Chairman of the Ontario Railway and Municipal Commission. Dave Marshall is an American guitarist who has performed with Pair-A-Dice, Fiona, Vince Neil, Slaughter, and Michael Jackson. He was a member of the Nashville-based band Scrap Metal, with Mark Slaughter, Kelly Keagy, and Nelson. Early life and career Dave Marshall moved to Hollywood, California from the midwest in the mid 80s to attend GIT (Musicians Institute) He joined a few bands, including Mickey Knight, and Pair-A-Dice, a Sunset Strip Local favorite band that toured Japan in 1989. In 1990 he played with Brunette, a band that later formed Hardline (band). He paired up in 1991 with Fiona to record the album '' Squeeze''. David Marshall Lang (6 May 1924 – 20 March 1991), was a Professor of Caucasian Studies, School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. He was one of the most productive British scholars who specialized in Georgian, Armenian and ancient Bulgarian history. Biography Lang was born in Bromley and was educated at Monkton Combe School and St John’s College, Cambridge where he was a Major Scholar and later held a Fellowship. David Marshall Grant (born June 21, 1955) is an American actor, singer and writer. Life and career Grant was born in Westport, Connecticut, to physician parents. Immediately after graduating from Connecticut College with an M.F.A. and receiving a certificate in fine arts from the Yale School of Drama, his first paying job was as Richard Gere's lover in the Broadway play '' Bent''. A student at Juilliard during summer breaks from high school, Grant soon joined the Yale Repertory Company during his college days, and in 1978, made a great impression in the play ''Bent''. David Marshall is an American politician, former police officer, pastor and Republican member of the Arizona House of Representatives elected to represent District 7 in 2022. Early life and career Marshall was raised in California, graduating from high school in Santa Ana, California. He then joined the United States Air Force, and after being honorably discharged joined the Santa Ana Police Department. David Marshall (born March 14, 1985) is an American former professional ice hockey player. Marshall made his professional debut in 2009 and has played various teams in the AHL and the ECHL until ending his professional career in 2015. Playing career Born in Buffalo, Minnesota, Marshall played junior hockey for the Chicago Steel of the United States Hockey League (USHL). After junior, Marshall enrolled at Quinnipiac University, playing four seasons of college hockey. After graduating, Marshall signed with the Lake Erie Monsters, making his professional debut in March 2009. During the 2011–12 season, Marshall was loaned from the Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees to the San Antonio Rampage in the American Hockey League where he remained for the duration of the season. David James Marshall (born 5 March 1985) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Scottish Premiership club Hibernian, and formerly played for the Scotland national team. Marshall started his career at Celtic, where he came through the youth system and starred in a European victory against Barcelona. David Marshall (born 13 July 1968) is Professor of Physical Oceanography at the University of Oxford and a Fellow of St Hugh's College, Oxford. Career He was head of the sub-department of Atmospheric, Oceanic and Planetary Physics from 2014-2018. David Saul Marshall (12 March 1908 – 12 December 1995), born David Saul Mashal, was a Singaporean lawyer and politician who served as Chief Minister of Singapore from 1955 until his resignation in 1956, after his delegation to London regarding the negotiation for complete home rule and eventual independence of Singapore failed. However, Marshall was instrumental in forging the idea as well as in subsequent negotiations that led to the eventual self-governance of Singapore from the United Kingdom. David Marshall (born 30 June 1960) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with the Glenelg Football Club in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL) and the Adelaide Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). Marshall arrived at Glenelg from Plympton High School and made his league debut in 1978, playing primarily as a wingman. He was a half forward flanker in Glenelg's 1985 and 1986 premiership teams. In 1990, Marshall had his best season at Glenelg, taking out their 'Best and Fairest' award and finishing runner-up in the Magarey Medal.
