David Hansen (playwright)
David Hansen (born July 26, 1968) is an American playwright, actor, director and arts educator. He is the founder of Dobama's Night Kitchen and co-founder of Guerrilla Theater Company and Bad Epitaph Theater Company. He is a graduate of Bay Village High School, and holds a degree in Theater from Ohio University. He is married to writer Toni K. Thayer. He is currently Education Outreach Associate for Great Lakes Theater. Zenas Winsor McCay ( – July 26, 1934) was an American cartoonist and animator. He is best known for the comic strip ''Little Nemo'' (1905–14; 1924–26) and the animated film ''Gertie the Dinosaur'' (1914). For contractual reasons, he worked under the pen name Silas on the comic strip ''Dream of the Rarebit Fiend''. From a young age, McCay was a quick, prolific, and technically dextrous artist. He started his professional career making posters and performing for dime museums, and in 1898 began illustrating newspapers and magazines. In 1903 he joined the ''New York Herald'', where he created popular comic strips such as ''Little Sammy Sneeze'' and ''Dream of the Rarebit Fiend''. An adventure is an exciting experience or undertaking that is typically bold, sometimes risky. Adventures may be activities with danger such as traveling, exploring, skydiving, mountain climbing, scuba diving, river rafting, or other extreme sports.
