David Dunn
David John Ian Dunn (born 27 December 1979) is an English former professional football player and manager; he is now a coach at club Port Vale. Dunn played as an attacking midfielder and spent the majority of his playing career representing Blackburn Rovers. His first stint began as a youth player in 1997 and he signed professional terms a year later. During this time, Dunn helped the club to win promotion out of the First Division in 2000–01, as well as lift the League Cup the following season. He also made his only appearance for England in 2002. He was sold to Premier League rivals Birmingham City for £5.5 million a year later, before returning to Blackburn in 2007 for a fee of £2.2 million; continuing as a crucial squad member. He remained there until 2015, with them now a Championship club, when he signed for Oldham Athletic, his final club as a player before his retirement under a year later. Dave Dunn
David George Dunn (born August 19, 1948) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player who played in the National Hockey League and the World Hockey Association during the 1970s. Career Dunn played college hockey at the University of Saskatchewan and was signed as a free agent by the Vancouver Canucks upon the conclusion of his collegiate career in 1970. He would spend three seasons developing in the Canucks' system, culminating in a stellar 1972–73 season with the Seattle Totems of the WHL, in which he scored 19 goals and 75 points in 63 games and was named the league's top defender. Dunn finally made his NHL debut in 1973–74, establishing himself as a regular on the Canuck blueline as a rookie. He posted fine totals of 11 goals and 22 assists and 33 points in 68 games, good for 7th on the team in scoring. Dave Dunn (born October 15, 1965) is an American football coach and former player. He is the head football coach at Christopher Columbus High School in Westchester, Florida. Dunn served as the head football coach at Becker College in 2005 and the Catholic University of America from 2006 to 2015. Playing career Dunn played college football at the University of San Diego and was team captain his junior and senior years, all conference and team MVP while playing defensive line. David Dunn (January 17, 1811February 17, 1894) was an American Democratic politician and lawyer. He acted as the 18th Governor of Maine for three days in 1844. Biography David Dunn was born in Cornish (in modern-day Maine, then a part of Massachusetts) on January 17, 1811. Dunn studied law under then future Governor, "Squire" John Fairfield, of Saco. He was admitted to the bar in 1833 and shortly thereafter opened up a practice at Poland Corner. He represented the town of Poland in the Maine House of Representatives from 1840 to 1844 and was Speaker in 1843 and 1844. In that capacity Dunn served for three days as acting Governor in 1844 when President of the Senate, Edward Kavanagh, resigned as acting Governor.
