David D. Rudolph
David D. Rudolph (born June 12, 1949) is an American politician from Maryland and a member of the Democratic Party (United States), Democratic Party. He was a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing Maryland's Maryland House of Delegates District 35B, District 35B from 1995 to 2002 and Maryland House of Delegates District 34B, District 34B from 2003 to 2015. Early life David D. Rudolph was born on June 12, 1949, in Summit, New Jersey. He was raised in Cecil County, Maryland and graduated from North East High School (Maryland), North East High School in 1967. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in history/political science from Wilmington University in 1971. Rudolph graduated with a Master of Education from the University of Delaware in 1977.
