David Clifford (Gaelic Footballer)
David Clifford (Irish: ''Daithí Ó Clúmháin'') (born 22 January 1999) is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays as a corner-forward or full-forward at club level for Fossa and East Kerry and for the Kerry county team. He is regarded as one of the best players in the game. Underage career Schools Clifford first came to prominence when he scored 2–05 in the Hogan Cup final 2016 as St Brendan's College, Killarney saw off St Patrick's College, Maghera to deliver their first title in 24 years. Soccer In addition to Gaelic football, Clifford also played underage soccer, as a centre-half. Seán Kelly (Irish Politician)
Seán Kelly (born 26 April 1952) is an Irish politician who has been a Member of the European Parliament (MEP) from Republic of Ireland, Ireland for the South (European Parliament constituency), South constituency since July 2009. He is a member of Fine Gael, part of the European People's Party. He served as the 34th President of the Gaelic Athletic Association from 2003 to 2006. He was the first person from County Kerry to hold the office, being elected at his first attempt by a record margin at the GAA Congress in 2002. The 2021 Kerry Senior Football Championship was the 120th edition of Kerry GAA's premier Gaelic football tournament for senior teams in County Kerry, Ireland. The tournament consists of 16 teams (8 club teams and 8 divisional teams), with the winners representing Kerry in the Munster Senior Club Football Championship if they are a club team. If the winners are a divisional team the winners of the Kerry Club Football Championship represent the county. The championship usually has a back-door format for the first two rounds before proceeding to a knock-out format. Generally, any team to lose two matches will be knocked out of the championship. This year however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic seen the competition employ a straight knockout format. Stewartstown Harps GFC
Stewartstown Harps is a Gaelic Athletic Association club which was founded in 1912 and based in the village of Stewartstown in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. The club plays its games in Mullaghmoyle park. History Stewartstown won the Ulster Junior Club Football Championship in 2004, beating Cremartin in the final. The Harps went on to qualify for the All-Ireland final, but were outclassed by Finuge. In 2006, the Harps regained promotion to Senior Championship Football after a period of 26 years. In 2009 they were again relegated to junior, but the team went on a successful run in the league in 2010, only beaten once. Feohanagh-Castlemahon ( ga, An Fheothanach – Caisleán Uí Mhathúna) is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in the parish of Mahoonagh, County Limerick, Ireland. It was founded in 1890. Coolyroe is the main centre for the GAA field, known as Quaid Park. Hurling is the main sport in Feohanagh-Castlemahon (Fheothanach – Caisleán Uí Mhathúna). Castlegregory are a Gaelic Athletic Association club based in the parish of Castlegregory in Kerry, Ireland. This is a Gaelic football only club, with no hurling played. The club is a member of the West Kerry division of Kerry GAA.
