The School of Communication (SOC) at American University is accredited by the Accrediting Council on Education in Journalism and Mass Communications. ''New Day'' is an American morning television show that aired on CNN and CNN International from 2013 to 2022. Its weekday editions were co-anchored by John Berman since 2018 and Brianna Keilar since 2021. Since May 20, 2019, ''New Day'' has been broadcast live from CNN's new set located in Studio 19Y, at CNN's new base, 30 Hudson Yards, in New York City. Beginning in April 2021, the show was anchored by Keilar at the CNN DC Studios and by Berman at 30 Hudson Yards in New York. The program aired from 6.00 to 9.00 a.m, except on Sundays, when the program finishes at 8am. The ''Five Towns Jewish Times'' is a weekly newspaper serving the Jewish communities of the Five Towns in southwestern Nassau County, New York, and the greater New York area, covering the area's large and growing Orthodox Jewish community. The paper grew out of publisher Larry Gordon's response to an effort in 2000 by the Lawrence municipality to limit the establishment and growth of local Orthodox synagogues. Gordon wrote a series of articles for the local '' Nassau Herald'', which resulted in an abrupt policy reversal.
