David Castle (musician)
David Dean Castle (November 28, 1952 – May 8, 2019) was an American singer-songwriter and film and television composer. Early years Castle was born in Overton, Texas, United States. Castle is the younger of two sons of a minister and a schoolteacher. His schoolteacher mother played piano, and began teaching Castle the piano at an early age. He moved to Hollywood, California in his early 20s, and became a staff writer for United Artists Music Publishing. His first credit was songwriter of "Ten to Eight" from Helen Reddy's 1975 album, '' No Way to Treat a Lady'', which was also used as the B-side to her " Somewhere in the Night" 7-inch single. His first A-side was "If You Feel the Way I Do" (co-written with Graham Dee), the lead track on the Lettermen's 1975 album, ''The Time Is Right''. Overton, Texas
Overton is a city in Rusk and Smith counties in the U.S. state of Texas. Overton lies in two counties as well as two metropolitan areas. The Rusk County portion of the city is part of the Longview Metropolitan Statistical Area, while the Smith County portion is part of the Tyler Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 2,275 at the 2020 census. History It was known to the Choctaws, Chickasaws, and Creeks who lived in the area as Tiyuk Hekia (Standing Pine); many years later, when it was incorporated, it became known as Overton. The town was named after Major Frank Overton, an early settler and landowner who donated some of his land for the town site. It was platted in 1873 and a post office was granted that year. Graham Dee (born Graham Davidson, 2 March 1943) is an English musician. Early life Graham Dee was born in Whitechapel, East London, England. Dee has lived his life with a neuromuscular disorder that results in a series of ticks, twitches, and spasms which has created a weakness in his neck. He attended boarding school in Hertfordshire, where he started playing guitar after hearing Lonnie Donegan's "Rock Island Line". He then went on to a college for the disabled where he qualified in gardening but kept up his guitar playing, forming an ad hoc group and playing for scrumpy in the cider pubs of Leatherhead. The ''Billboard'' Hot 100 is the music industry standard record chart in the United States for songs, published weekly by '' Billboard'' magazine. Chart rankings are based on sales (physical and digital), radio play, and online streaming in the United States. The weekly tracking period for sales was initially Monday to Sunday when Nielsen started tracking sales in 1991, but was changed to Friday to Thursday in July 2015. This tracking period also applies to compiling online streaming data. Russ Regan (born Harold Rustigian; October 15, 1928 in Sanger, California – May 27, 2018 in Palm Springs, California) was an American record executive who was President of both UNI Records and 20th Century Records and was vice-president of A&R at Motown. The Monkees

''Rich Man, Poor Man'' is a 1976 American television miniseries based on the 1969 novel of the same name by Irwin Shaw that aired on ABC in one or two-hour episodes mostly on Monday nights over seven weeks, beginning February 1.
