David Carroll (gangster)
David MacDonald Carroll (born 1 April 1952), better known as "Wolf", is a Canadian outlaw biker and reputed gangster who was a member of the elite Nomad chapter of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club in Quebec. He disappeared in March 2001 after being indicted on 13 counts of first-degree murder. Early career Carroll was born and grew up in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. He became the leader of a local biker gang called the Thirteenth Tribe in Halifax. The Halifax underworld is very closely linked to the Montreal underworld and Carroll soon had an alliance with the Hells Angels of Montreal. The Thirteenth Tribe won the trust of the Hells Angels by providing in the fall of 1984 bodyguards for Walter Stadnick as he was recovering in a Hamilton hospital from the traffic incident that disfigured his face. Allan Ross (gangster)
Allan Ronald Ross (17 April 1944 – 21 August 2018), better known as "Allan the Weasel", was a Canadian gangster best known for leading the West End Gang of Montreal. At the time of his arrest in Florida in 1991, he was described by American law enforcement as the fifth most important drug kingpin in the world. Criminal career Thief Ross was born as Alan Ross, but he was usually known as Allan. Unlike most other West End Gang members who grew up in poverty, Ross was born into a well off family in the middle class district of Notre-Dame-de-Grâce in Montreal. The West End Gang has an average of about 150 members at any given moment and most come from the Pointe-Saint-Charles district of Montreal. Frank Lenti
Francesco "Cisco" Lenti (born 1947) is a Canadian outlaw biker and gangster, best known as the co-founder of the Loners Motorcycle Club alongside Gennaro Raso. Satan's Choice Lenti was born in Woodbridge, Ontario to Italian immigrant parents. The journalist Jerry Langton wrote in 2010 "...that even by Canadian biker standards, Lenti was a strange guy. Vain, constantly preening, and prone to violent temper tantrums, he had a habit of giving up on projects that didn't exactly go his way". Morin-Heights
Morin-Heights is a town in the Laurentian Mountains region of Quebec, Canada. It is west of Saint-Sauveur and north of Lachute; municipally, it is within the Regional County Municipality of Les Pays-d'en-Haut. An intelligence quotient (IQ) is a total score derived from a set of standardized tests or subtests designed to assess human intelligence. Procuring or pandering is the facilitation or provision of a prostitute or other sex worker in the arrangement of a sex act with a customer. Acquittal
In common law jurisdictions, an acquittal certifies that the accused is free from the charge of an offense, as far as criminal law is concerned. The finality of an acquittal is dependent on the jurisdiction.
