David C. Clark
David Crosby Clark, Jr. (August 14, 1926 – December 24, 2015) was an American politician and attorney in the state of Florida. Clark was born in Bad Axe, Michigan. He attended Central Michigan University and Stetson University Law School, becoming an attorney. Stetson is a brand of hat manufactured by the John B. Stetson Company. "Stetson" is also used as a generic trademark to refer to any campaign hat, in particular, in Scouting. John B. Stetson gained inspiration for his most famous hats when he headed west from his native New Jersey for health reasons. On his return east in 1865, he founded the John B. Bad Axe is a city in the U.S. state of Michigan and the county seat of Huron County, Michigan, Huron County in the Thumb region of the Lower Peninsula. The population was 3,129 at the 2010 United States Census, 2010 census, making it the largest community in Huron County, Michigan, Huron County and second largest in the Upper Thumb, after Caro, Michigan, Caro. History The city was established in 1905. The city's Place names considered unusual, unusual name dates to the time of its settlement. While surveying the first state road through the Huron County wilderness in 1861, Rudolph Papst and George Willis Pack made camp at the future site of the city and found a much-used and badly damaged axe. North Palm Beach is an incorporated village in Palm Beach County, Florida, United States. It is part of the Miami Metropolitan Area. The population was 13,162 at the 2020 census. The village won an award from the National Association of Home Builders as best planned community of 1956. The North Palm Beach Country Club is home to a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. Stetson University College of Law (Stetson Law), founded in 1900 and part of Stetson University, is Florida's first law school. Originally located near the university's main campus in DeLand, Florida, the law school moved in 1954 to Gulfport, Florida. The law school occupies a historic 1920s resort hotel, the Rolyat Hotel, designed by Richard Kiehnel.
