David Atwell
David Atwell (born 1965) is a Canadian outlaw biker and police informer who played a key role in the Ontario Provincial Police's (OPP) Project Develop operation against the Hells Angels between 2005 and 2007. Early life Atwell was born into a middle-class family in the Toronto suburb of Scarborough, Ontario and started to work as a bouncer in Toronto-area bars as a teenager. On 18 October 1983, Atwell started working as a security guard at the age of 18. His mentor was "Jim", a British immigrant and a former Royal Marine who flagged him as a "natural" for the security business, taking him under his wing to train him to be a bodyguard and a security guard. Atwell described "Jim" as a tough veteran of the Falklands war who had seen combat, and who taught him much about serving as a bodyguard. Scarborough (; 2021 Census 629,941) is a district of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is situated atop the Scarborough Bluffs in the eastern part of the city. Its borders are Victoria Park Avenue to the west, Steeles Avenue to the north, Rouge River and the city of Pickering to the east, and Lake Ontario to the south. Paul Edgar Philippe Martin (born August 28, 1938), also known as Paul Martin Jr., is a Canadian lawyer and politician who served as the 21st prime minister of Canada and the leader of the Liberal Party of Canada from 2003 to 2006. The son of former secretary of state for external affairs Paul Martin Sr., Martin was a lawyer from Ontario before he became president and the chief executive officer of Canada Steamship Lines in 1973. He held that position until his election as a member of Parliament for the Montreal riding of LaSalle—Émard in 1988. Martin unsuccessfully ran for leader of the Liberal Party in 1990, losing to Jean Chrétien. Haney, British Columbia
Haney, British Columbia is the name of the downtown core of the city of Maple Ridge, British Columbia. The name derived originally from Thomas Haney, the namesake of Port Haney, the neighbourhood adjoining today's downtown along the Fraser River immediately south, which is today includes a station on the West Coast Express and was formerly a steamboat port. Port Haney is a designated heritage district in Maple Ridge and includes buildings moved to the neighbourhood from other parts of the municipality that otherwise might have been demolished. The United Nations (UN), is a criminal gang which originating in the Vancouver, British Columbia, area and more recently grew to the rest of the Canadian territory in the 2000s. History Formation The UN gang was formed in Abbotsford in 1997 by a group of high-school friends from around the Fraser Valley. The founder of the gang was Clayton Roueche, a white Canadian who grew up surrounded by Vietnamese-Canadians and Lao-Canadians. Roueche came to develop an Asian fetish as he was described as spending much of his time in Abbotsford's Vietnamtown where he loved: "the fortunetellers he'd find there, grainy bootlegged kung-fu movies and Vietnamese girls".
