David A. Strand
David A. Strand was the fifteenth president of Illinois State University, located in Normal, Illinois. He served at the university, in various capacities, consistently from 1978 until his retirement in 1999. He served as the university's president from 1995 to 1999 and helped gain ground on much of the school's educational revamping. The points of the compass are a set of horizontal, radially arrayed compass directions (or azimuths) used in navigation and cartography. Bloomington is a city and the county seat of McLean County, Illinois, United States. Victor J. Boschini Jr. (born 1956) is the current chancellor at Texas Christian University. He assumed office as the university's tenth chancellor on June 1, 2003. He also holds the rank of professor of education. He was previously president of Illinois State University. Early life Born in Cleveland, Ohio, son of Victor Sr. and Elizabeth Boschini, he received his bachelor's degree from Mount Union College in 1978.
