Dasarathan
''Dasarathan'' is a 1993 Indian Tamil language-language action film, directed by actor Kitty making his directorial debut credited under his real name Raja Krishnamoorthy. The film stars Sarathkumar and Heera, while Sivakumar, Saranya and Ganthimathi play supporting roles. It was released on 5 February 1993. Plot Sarath Kumar wants to become a high ranking policeman and is also a hard working man who fights against bad people. But Sarath Kumar's father (Sivakumar) doesn't like Sarath fighting with people and always quarrels with him to not interfere in other people's problems. Sarath, while travelling in a bus, saves Heera from bad people. Heera gets a file of Sarath in the bus and later goes to Sarath's house to return the file. Aalayam Productions was an Indian film production and distribution company headed by S. Sriram. The firm had been a leading production studio in the Tamil film industry in the 1990s, with director Mani Ratnam also being a partner. History S. Ganthimathi (30 August 1940 – 9 September 2011) was a Tamil stage and film actress. She acted in over 500 films. Early life Kanthimathi was born in Manamadurai in the then Ramanathapuram district of India. She started acting in dramas and entered films at the age of eleven. Career The role which got her noticed was the portrayal of Mayil's mother in '' 16 Vayathinile''. Gopala Ratnam Subramaniam (born 2 June 1956), known professionally as Mani Ratnam, is an Indian film director, screenwriter, and producer who predominantly works in Tamil cinema and few Hindi, Telugu and Kannada films. Nagoor Babu, known by his stage name Mano, is an Indian playback singer, voice-over artist, actor, producer, television anchor and composer. The magazine was established by Kalki Krishnamurthy, a popular Tamil language, Tamil novelist and Indian freedom fighter, in 1941. Kalki Sadasivam, T Sadasivam was the magazine's co-founder.
