Daren Bates
Daren Weston Bates (born November 27, 1990) is a former American football linebacker. He played college football for Auburn Tigers football, Auburn and was signed by the Los Angeles Rams as an undrafted free agent in 2013. He has also played for the Oakland Raiders, Houston Texans, and Tennessee Titans. He currently coaches for the Seattle Seahawks and is co-host of the Raw Room podcast. High school career Bates played his freshman through junior year at Christian Brothers High School (Memphis, Tennessee), Christian Brothers High School in Memphis, Tennessee. While there, Bates was a 2-time first-team Tennessee All-State safety. In sports, the practice squad, also called the taxi squad or practice roster, is a group of players signed by a team but not part of their main roster. Frequently used in gridiron football, they serve as extra players during the team's practices, often as part of the scout team by emulating an upcoming opponent's play style. William Ronald Herring (born August 28, 1983) is a former American football linebacker. He was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the fifth round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He played college football at Auburn. 2014 New York Giants Season
