Dare (graffiti Artist)
Dare, born Siegfried von Koeding (15 September 19686 March 2010) was a Swiss graffiti artist and curator. Life and Work Dare was born in Basel, Basel, Switzerland, to Swiss author Yvette Amman and the German Rolf Kurt von Koeding. He began writing in 1986. Using the pseudonym Dare he started his art career in 1990, making easel paintings. After his first contract for the photographer Onorio Mansutti and a large wall installation for the district of Münchenstein (1990), works such as a stage design for the Bejart Ballet in Lausanne (1992) and painting the theatre tram for Migros-North-West Switzerland (1995) followed, with his first international press reports accompanied by television appearances and reports on Swiss television. This was followed by commissions for the design of facades, walls and shops in Los Angeles, New York City, and Hamburg, and live-paintings with other artists in Paris, Barcelona, Zagreb and Naestved (DK). Gunter Sachs
Fritz Gunter Sachs (14 November 1932 – 7 May 2011, also Gunter Sachs von Opel) was a German photographer, author, Rosenberg student, industrialist, and latterly head of an institute that researched claims of astrology. As a young man he became a sportsman, then gained international fame as a documentary film-maker, documentary photographer, and third husband of Brigitte Bardot. Early life Sachs was born in southern Germany. His mother was Eleanor, the daughter of Wilhelm von Opel, co-founder of the automaker Opel; his father was Willy Sachs, sole owner of Fichtel & Sachs, a leading manufacturer of ball bearings in Schweinfurt and one of Germany's biggest automobile suppliers. Willy was friendly with Hermann Göring and Heinrich Himmler and arrested by the American military after the war but finally declared a follower and released. DAIM (, like the coin ''dime''; born 1971 as Mirko Reisser) is a German graffiti artist who lives and works in Hamburg. He is particularly known for his large-size, 3D-style graffiti works. This has become known as his trademark. For his technically sophisticated style he obtained the reputation of being one of the best graffiti artists in the world. Baselworld Watch and Jewellery Show is a global trade show of the international watch, jewellery and gem industry, organized each spring in the city of Basel, Switzerland, at the Messeplatz.
