Dap Chhuon
Dap Chhuon ( km, ដាប ឈួន), also known as Chuan Khemphet ( th, ชวน เข็มเพชร), Khem Phet, Chhuon Mochulpech ( km, ឈួន ម្ជុលពេជជ្រ) or Chhuon Mchoul Pich ( km, ឈួន ម្ជុល ពេជជ្រ) (1912–1959) was a right-wing Cambodian nationalist, guerrilla leader, regional warlord, and general. A sarong or sarung () is a large tube or length of fabric, often wrapped around the waist, worn in Southeast Asia, South Asia, Western Asia, Northern Africa, East Africa, West Africa, and on many Pacific islands. Bangkok Plot
The Bangkok Plot, also known as the Dap Chhuon Plot, was a late 1950s international conspiracy in Cambodia. The goal being to topple Prince Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia, it was allegedly initiated by the right-wing politicians Sam Sary and Son Ngoc Thanh, the regional Cambodian warlord and governor Dap Chhuon, and the governments of Thailand and South Vietnam with possible involvement of US intelligence services.Prados, J.
