Dany Kane
Dany "Dany Boy" Kane (19697 August 2000) was a Canadian criminal who was a compliant police informant at the same time. Kane worked for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) as an informant inside the Hells Angels for many years, and provided information to the police on the Hells Angels. Kane was found dead of an apparent suicide in the garage of his suburban Montreal home in the summer of 2000. Early life Born in L'Acadie, Quebec (now Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec). As a child Kane was brought up by caring relatives, attended private school and Boy Scouts and went on many expensive vacations. Kane's father, Jean-Paul Kane, was a bricklayer while mother, Gemma Brideau, was a housewife. Kane's family was poor, but respectable. L'Acadie, Quebec
L'Acadie is a former town in the Montérégie region of Quebec, Canada, on the west side of the Richelieu River, across from Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec. It was about 30 miles (50 km) from Montreal, and about the same distance from the United States border at the head of Lake Champlain. In 2001 L'Acadie merged with neighbouring Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, along with several other neighbouring towns and villages. The area was settled in the late 18th century by Acadians returning to Canada after the forced deportation in the mid-1700s. The town was eventually named after these Acadians. Vito Rizzuto (; February 21, 1946 – December 23, 2013), also known as "Montreal's Teflon Don", was an Italian-Canadian crime boss alleged to be the leader of the Sicilian Mafia in Canada. He headed the notorious Rizzuto crime family based in Montreal, Quebec. Rizzuto was born in Cattolica Eraclea, Sicily, Italy in 1946 and immigrated to Montreal with his parents in 1954. His father Nicolo married into the mob, and later started his own crime syndicate in Montreal after overtaking the Cotroni crime family in the late 1970s. He had several run-ins with the law but was able to avoid conviction for any major offenses until 2004. Aimé Simard (1968 – 18 July 2003) was a Canadian outlaw biker and hitman, he was a member of the Montreal Rockers Motorcycle Club, a support club for the Hells Angels. Donald Stockford (born 6 May 1962) is a Canadian outlaw biker, gangster and stuntman. Hells Angel Stockford works as a stuntman for films and owned a house in Ancaster, an affluent suburb of Hamilton. He is a friend of the actor and biker Chuck Zito, who served as the president of the New York City chapter of the Hells Angels. In 1989, Stockford married Christine Yanke, by whom he had three children. Julian Sher is a Canadian investigative journalist, filmmaker, author and newsroom trainer based in Montreal, Quebec. He was an investigative producer for ten years then a senior producer for five years with the CBC's '' The Fifth Estate''.
