Danny Tidwell
Daniel Arnold Tidwell (August 1, 1984 – March 6, 2020) was an American dancer and actor best known for being the runner-up on Fox's third season of ''So You Think You Can Dance'' in 2007. Tidwell began dancing as a child, at first focusing on jazz before changing to ballet while attending Kirov Academy of Ballet at the age of fifteen. He worked in elite companies, including the American Ballet Theatre. He also performed the works of renowned choreographers, including Debbie Allen, William Forsythe and Mia Michaels. He was Travis Wall's brother, a runner-up of the second season of ''So You Think You Can Dance''. Tidwell was the Artistic Director of Movmnt Magazine and was a soloist dancer with Norwegian National Opera and Ballet in Oslo. Tidwell died on March 6, 2020, from injuries sustained in a car crash. USA International Ballet Competition
The USA International Ballet Competition, or USA IBC, is one of the world's top competitions for ballet. Located in Jackson, Mississippi, this competition is attended by dancers from all over the world to represent their country for bronze, silver, or gold medals in a variety of categories of ballet in an Olympic-style competition. Founded in 1978 by Thalia Mara, the first USA International Ballet Competition took place in 1979. This first competition was given sanction by the United Nations' International Dance Committee of UNESCO's International Theatre Institute. Sabra Elise Johnson (born July 29, 1987) is an American dancer, choreographer, and actress from Roy, Utah and the Season 3 Champion of the Fox reality television show ''So You Think You Can Dance''. She was born in the Netherlands, lived nine years in Germany, and after that, nine years in Utah. She continued to Las Vegas and, deciding to pursue a career in dance, moved to New York City. From there passion has carried her across the world and she now lives in Vietnam dancing, choreographing, and directing. Early career Johnson started formal dance training at the age of 16 at Dance Impressions in Bountiful, Utah, under the direction of mother-daughter team Kandee Allen and Vivian Colobella. William Forsythe (dancer)
William Forsythe (born December 30, 1949) is an American dancer and choreographer resident in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. He is known for his work with the Ballet Frankfurt (1984–2004) and The Forsythe Company (2005–2015). Recognized for the integration of ballet and visual arts, which displayed both abstraction and forceful theatricality, his vision of choreography as an organizational practice has inspired him to produce numerous installations, films, and web-based knowledge creation, incorporating the spoken word and experimental music.
