Danny Quendambú
Danny Jair Quendambú Cortés (born 19 March 1983) is a Colombian former footballer who played as a forward. Born in Tumaco, Quendambú began playing football with the youth sides of Deportivo Cali. He would play professionally for several teams in Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru and Venezuela, including Deportivo Cali, Herediano, Carabobo, Cortuluá and Inti Gas. He joined Inti Gas in January 2011. He also played in Equatorial Guinea, first for that country national team and then for local clubs The Panthers and Leones Vegetarianos. His last club was Cultural Santa Rosa in the Peruvian Segunda División. International career While he was playing for Deportivo Cali, Quendambú participated in the Colombia national under-20 football team under manager Reinaldo Rueda. Tumaco
Tumaco is a port city and municipality in the Nariño Department, Colombia, by the Pacific Ocean. It is located on the southwestern corner of Colombia, near the border with Ecuador, and experiences a hot tropical climate. Tumaco is inhabited mainly by Afro-Colombians and some indigenous people. Tumaco is accessible by plane from Pasto, the capital city of Nariño Department, as well from Cali and Bogotá. It can also be reached by land via highway from Pasto and San Lorenzo (Ecuador). Tumaco is known for being the hometown of many great Colombian soccer players, including Willington Ortiz. Colombian film director Samuel Córdoba released a documentary about the city in 2009. The film, entitled "Tumaco Pacífico", chronicles the stilt-house area of the city, predominantly populated by Afro-Colombians. The Panthers FC
The Panthers F.C. is an Equatoguinean football club based in the city of Malabo. The club was founded in 1997. Their home ground is the Nuevo Estadio de Malabo which holds a capacity of 15,250, their ground was built in 2007 primarily to host the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations. Their former chairman was current Akonangui FC president Ruslán Obiang Nsue (son of Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, Teodoro Obiang). They currently play in the Liga Nacional de Fútbol.
