Danny Lee (; born 6 August 1952) is a Hong Kong actor, film producer, screenwriter, director, action director and presenter. He is known for frequently portraying Hong Kong police officers in films such as ''Law with Two Phases'', '' The Killer'' and ''The Untold Story,'' as well as being a Shaw Brothers alumnus, having starred in martial arts and action movies produced by that studio such as '' Inframan.'' Early years Lee was born in Shanghai in 1952, with ancestral home in Shantou, Guangdong. In 1955, he moved to Hong Kong with his family. Lee did not do so well in school and sometimes skipped classes to help support his family by working. While growing up, he held policemen in high regard and so upon completing high school, he was enrolled into the police force but could not complete the courses during his years of his training. Danny Lee is an American film director, producer, and screenwriter from Los Angeles, California. Career Danny Lee has directed and produced a variety of work including documentary films, short series and branded content. He is most well known for directing the award-winning docuseries ''30 for 30:'' ''Friedman’s Shoes'' for ESPN, about the storied shoe store in Atlanta. In 2005, Lee released his directorial debut at the AFI Fest with Rock Fresh, a candid documentary about graffiti artists taking their subversive art mainstream. In 2010, Lee created, wrote and directed ''The Clinic'', a Hulu comedy series about a marijuana dispensary. Daniel West Lee (July 9, 1919 – November 28, 2014) was an American special effects artist. He was known for his work on Arthur Penn's '' Bonnie and Clyde'', most notably orchestrating the film's famous, bullet-ridden finale in which the title duo are killed in a hail of gunfire. Daniel David Lee (born 1 March 1976) is a former New Zealand international rugby union player who played as a halfback. Lee played for the Hurricanes, Chiefs, the Highlanders Super 14 and Hawke's Bay in the Air New Zealand Cup. In 2007 he joined the Blues in New Zealand. In June 2009 Lee joined the Newport Gwent Dragons in Wales on a two-year contract. In November 2010, after a series of injuries, Lee announced his retirement from rugby having made just 12 appearances for Newport Gwent Dragons. Lee played two test matches for the All Blacks in 2002. Coaching career After retiring from professional rugby, Lee became a rugby coach. Danny Jin-Myung Lee ( ko, 이진명; born 24 July 1990) is a New Zealand professional golfer. Lee was born in Incheon, South Korea, and emigrated to New Zealand at the age of eight. He became a New Zealand citizen on 2 September 2008 at Rotorua, where he attended Rotorua Boys' High School. Amateur career Lee became the youngest ever winner of the U.S. Amateur in August 2008, aged 18 years and one month, six months younger than Tiger Woods when he won in 1994. Michelle Sheetz (born February 9, 1970), better known as Danni Leigh, is an American country music singer. At age 19, she relocated to Orlando, Florida, intending to audition as a singer at Disney World, but ended up moving to Nashville, Tennessee, in 1994. She was signed with Audium Records, after changing labels several times, following Decca's closure, and her by Sony's Monument label. Although she has limited success in the US, she has had more success in Europe due to the different methods consumers learn about new music.
