Ran Danker ( he, רן דנקר; born Khalil Yosef Danker on January 7, 1984) is an Israeli–American actor, singer and model. He starred in hit Israeli series such as ''HaShir Shelanu'' (2004–2007), ''The Gordin Cell'' (2012–2015), '' Miguel'' (2018) and more. Danker received an Ophir Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor for his role in '' Eyes Wide Open'' (2009). Frederick William Danker
Frederick William Danker (; July 12, 1920 – February 2, 2012) was a Christ Seminary–Seminex Professor Emeritus of New Testament at the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago, Illinois. Danker was a noted New Testament scholar and the pre-eminent Koine Greek lexicographer for two generations, working with F. Wilbur Gingrich as an editor of the ''Bauer Lexicon'' starting in 1957 until the publication of the second edition in 1979, and as the only editor from 1979 until the publication of the 3rd edition, updating it with the results of modern scholarship, converting it to SGML to allow it to be easily published in electronic formats, and significantly improving the usability of the lexicon, as well as the typography. Earlier English-language editions of the ''Bauer Lexicon'' were essentially translations and adaptations of Walter Bauer's German dictionary into English. Oskars Dankers
Oskars Dankers (March 26, 1883 – April 11, 1965) was a Latvian general. He participated in World War I and in the Latvian War of Independence. He was a recipient of the Order of Lāčplēsis, 2nd and 3rd class. During the occupation of Latvia by Nazi Germany, Dankers was appointed head of the German-controlled Latvian Self-Government. Biography He was born in Irlava parish, Courland Governorate, Russian Empire. The first education he received was in Jelgava, where he studied at the Alexander School. He continued his education in Jelgavas Realschule and graduated in 1902. Dankers joined the 180th infantry regiment of the Russian Imperial Army, which was deployed in Jelgava. He graduated from the Vilnius Military Academy in 1906 and continued service in the 197th infantry regiment of the Russian Army, deployed near Helsinki. Tony Danker (born 1971) is a British businessman, and has been the director-general of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) since November 2020. Early life Danker was born in 1971 in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He was educated at Belfast Royal Academy, and earned a law degree from the University of Manchester. Arne Dankers (born June 1, 1980) is a Canadian speed skater. Background Dankers was born to Peter Dankers and Marja Verhoef, who are both Dutch. The family moved to Canada when he was two years old. Dankers graduated from the University of Calgary with a master's degree in Electrical Engineering and later completed a PhD at the Delft University of Technology. Dankers was a member of the Canadian team that set the team pursuit world record of 3:39.69 in Calgary, Canada on November 12, 2005. The Canadian team, of which Dankers was a part, was not able to duplicate this performance at the 2006 Turin Olympics.
