Danke (song)
"Danke" is a German Christian hymn written by Martin Gotthard Schneider in 1961. It was one of the first songs in the genre later called Neues Geistliches Lied (new spiritual song). The song title was disambiguated to its first line, "Danke für diesen guten Morgen" (Thanks for this good morning). The song has been included in the hymnal '' Evangelisches Gesangbuch''. It has been called the best-known German sacred song. History Lyrics and music of the song were written by Martin Gotthard Schneider for a competition of the Evangelische Akademie Tutzing for new sacred songs, requesting melodies in the style of jazz or pop. The song won the first prize. It was first produced in an arrangement by Werner Last with a single female singer of the Botho-Lucas-Chor in playback, but labelled the choir on the cover. Xavier Naidoo Discography
German singer Xavier Naidoo began his music career in the early 1990s. His debut studio album, '' Seeing Is Believing'', was released in 1994, consisting mostly of cover versions of traditional tracks and soul songs from the 1960s and 1970s. Released in the United States only, it failed to chart on the ''Billboard'' 200 and thus, was never released in Europe. Following a fall-out with main producer Nicole Dürr, he signed with Frankfurt am Main-based Pelham Power Productions (3P) and began appearing as a background vocalist on several of his label-mates' albums. Naidoo's second studio album ''Nicht von dieser Welt'', produced unter the guidance of Moses Pelham and Martin Haas, was released in May 1998. The album peaked at number one on the German Albums Chart and sold more than a million copies. Dangke
Dangke is a type of cheese produced in South Sulawesi, Indonesia, especially in Enrekang, Baraka, Anggeraja, and Alla districts. Dangke is processed by boiling fresh buffalo milk with sliced papaya leaves, stems, or unripe papaya fruits. Dangke is typically soaked in a brine solution overnight before being wrapped with banana leaves for masking the bitter taste caused by the addition of papaya leaves. Dangke is made by heating pure milk until it boils, caution must be exercised during the boiling process because of the risk of overflow. To get milk fiber (dangke), when the milk is boiling, add a little papaya sap in the approximate ratio of two drops per liter of milk. Do not overdo it because it can make it bitter and the lumps of milk fiber cannot thicken. Papaya sap is useful for separating milk fiber (protein) from water.
