Daniel Hardy (tight End)
Daniel Hardy Jr. (born September 7, 1987) is a former professional football tight end. He was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the seventh round of the 2011 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Idaho in the Western Athletic Conference and is a 2006 graduate of West High School in Anchorage, Alaska. Hardy now lives in Pasadena, California, with his wife, Mariah Van Horne. They were married September 2, 2017 in Kennewick, Washington. Hardy serves as a family pastor at Fellowship Monrovia in Monrovia, California. College statistics In 2008 Daniel Hardy had 9 catches for 128 yards and 2 touchdowns in 7 games. The tight end (TE) is a position in American football, arena football, and Canadian football, on the offense. The tight end is often a hybrid position with the characteristics and roles of both an offensive lineman and a wide receiver. Like offensive linemen, they are usually lined up on the offensive line and are large enough to be effective blockers. On the other hand, unlike offensive linemen, they are eligible receivers adept enough to warrant a defense's attention when running pass patterns. Because of the hybrid nature of the position, the tight end's role in any given offense depends on the tactical preferences and philosophy of the head coach as well as overall team dynamic. Western Athletic Conference
The Western Athletic Conference (WAC) is an NCAA Division I conference. The WAC covers a broad expanse of the western United States with member institutions located in Arizona, California, New Mexico, Utah, Washington (state), Washington, and Texas.
