Daniel Garcia is an American professional wrestler signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he is a member of the Jericho Appreciation Society stable. He also appears for AEW's sister promotion Ring of Honor (ROH), where he a one-time ROH Pure Champion. As part of Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG), he is the current PWG World Champion in his first reign. Career Early career and independent circuit (2018–present) Garcia began competing for Limitless Wrestling in 2018. He appeared for WWE on an episode of ''205 Live'' in July 2018, during which he lost against Drew Gulak. In January 2021, he competed against Tyler Rust in WWE on ''NXT'', where he lost. The Jericho Appreciation Society (JAS) is a villainous professional wrestling stable formed in American professional wrestling promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW), created and led by Chris Jericho and also appears in AEW's sister promotion, Ring of Honor (ROH). The group also consists of Daniel Garcia, Jake Hager, Angelo Parker, Matt Menard, Sammy Guevara, Tay Melo, and Anna Jay. Daniel GarcÃa Arteaga (April 9, 1926 – October 31, 2006), best known under the ring name Huracán RamÃrez (English: "Hurricane RamÃrez"), was a Mexican ''luchador enmascarado'' (or masked professional wrestler) and actor. GarcÃa was neither the first, nor the last, wrestler to work under the name "Huracán RamÃrez". He was given the name in the mid-1950s, when the wrestler who originally played Huracán in the 1953 film ''Huracán RamÃrez'' decided to give up the role in the ring because he no longer wanted to obscure his face with the mask. The 2022 Final Battle was the 21st Final Battle professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by American promotion Ring of Honor (ROH). It took place on December 10, 2022 at the College Park Center in Arlington, Texas. It was ROH's second live event under the full ownership of All Elite Wrestling (AEW) president Tony Khan. The ROH Pure Championship is a professional wrestling championship contested for in the American professional wrestling promotion Ring of Honor (ROH). The championship is generally contested in professional wrestling matches, in which participants execute scripted finishes rather than contend in direct competition.
