Dani De Wit
Dani de Wit (born 28 January 1998) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Eredivisie club AZ Alkmaar. Club career Ajax De Wit made his professional debut in the Eerste Divisie for Jong Ajax on 3 February 2017 in a game against RKC Waalwijk. On 25 February 2018, he made his debut in the senior squad in a 0–0 Eredivisie draw against ADO Den Haag. On 22 August 2018, he made his European debut in a 3–1 Champions League play-off win against Dynamo Kyiv. AZ On 30 August 2019, De Wit signed a contract with AZ Alkmaar who reportedly paid a €2 million transfer fee to Ajax. Hoorn
Hoorn () is a city and municipality in the northwest of the Netherlands, in the province of North Holland. It is the largest town and the traditional capital of the region of West Friesland. Hoorn is located on the Markermeer, 20 kilometers (12 mi) east of Alkmaar and 35 kilometers (22 mi) north of Amsterdam. 2021 UEFA European Under-21 Championship
The 2021 UEFA European Under-21 Championship (also known as UEFA Under-21 Euro 2021) was the 23rd edition of the UEFA European Under-21 Championship (26th edition if the Under-23 era is also included), the biennial international youth football championship organised by UEFA for the men's under-21 national teams of Europe. Initially, 12 teams were to play in the tournament, however on 6 February 2019, UEFA's executive committee increased this number to 16. Only players born on or after 1 January 1998 were eligible to participate. The tournament was co-hosted by Hungary and Slovenia. It was originally scheduled to take place from 9 to 26 June 2021. However, the tournament was rescheduled following the postponement of UEFA Euro 2020 to June/July 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. UEFA European Under-21 Championship
The UEFA European Under-21 Championship, the UEFA Under-21 Championship or simply the Euro Under-21, is a biennial football competition contested by the European men's under-21 national teams of the UEFA member associations. Since 1992, the competition also serves as the UEFA qualification tournament for the Summer Olympics. Italy and Spain are the most successful teams in this competition, having won five titles each. 2018–19 KNVB Cup
The 2018–19 KNVB Cup, for sponsoring reasons officially called the TOTO KNVB Cup, was the 101st season of the annual Dutch national football cup competition. It commenced on 18 August 2018 with the first of two preliminary rounds and concluded on 5 May 2019 with the final played at De Kuip in Rotterdam. The defending champions were Feyenoord from the Eredivisie, who beat AZ 3–0 in the final in the previous season on 30 April 2018. They were eliminated by Ajax in the semi-finals.
