Dangerdoom
DANGERDOOM was a hip hop project consisting of Danger Mouse and MF DOOM. Their first album, ''The Mouse and the Mask'', was released in 2005, and followed by the '' Occult Hymn'' EP in 2006. Background Danger Mouse and MF DOOM had previously collaborated on "Social Distortion" from Prince Po's ''The Slickness'', Danger Mouse's remix of Zero 7's "Somersault", and the track "November Has Come" from Gorillaz' second studio album, ''Demon Days''. MF DOOM had stated that he hoped there would be a second Danger Doom album in which he would "rap from the perspective of the cartoons and in their voices, rather than simply create stories around them". Danger Mouse was also slated to reunite with MF DOOM in 2008, though this never occurred. Much of Danger Doom's music has been filled with material from and endorsed by Adult Swim, a block of animated television shows airing on cable's Cartoon Network. The Mouse And The Mask
''The Mouse and the Mask'' is an album by Danger Doom, a collaboration between the hip hop artists Danger Mouse and MF Doom. It was released on October 11, 2005, by the independent punk label Epitaph Records in the United States. It was also released by Lex Records in the UK on October 17, 2005, with different cover art. Concept and history The album is composed almost entirely of raps by MF Doom, performed over beats created by Danger Mouse sampling music from various television shows airing on Cartoon Network's programming block Adult Swim. The album was heavily promoted by the network prior to its release. "Sofa King" was released as a 12-inch single on November 4, 2005, and was followed by "Old School" on July 10, 2006. A video for "A.T.H.F." has also been made. Comedian Dave Chappelle created an iTunes Celebrity Playlist and selected the Danger Doom track "Mince Meat" for his Block Party Picks. ''Space Ghost Coast to Coast'' is an American adult animation, adult animated comedy talk show created by Mike Lazzo for Cartoon Network and hosted by a re-imagined version of the 1960s Hanna-Barbera cartoon character Space Ghost. In contrast to the original 1960s series, ''Space Ghost (TV series), Space Ghost'', which aired as a standard Hanna-Barbera Saturday-morning cartoon, Saturday-morning superhero cartoon, ''Space Ghost Coast to Coast'' is a Reboot (fiction), reboot and sequel of the series intended for teens and adults, reinterpreted as a Surreal humour, surreal spoof talk show and animated using the original series' artwork. This is a list of characters featured in the Adult Swim animated television series ''Aqua Teen Hunger Force''. Main characters Master Shake Voiced by Dana Snyder, Master Shake (or simply Shake) is a narcissistic, lazy, shallow, selfish, and idiotic milkshake. When the Aqua Teens solve crimes, Master Shake claims to be the leader, despite rarely accomplishing anything and usually obstructing progress and leaving the actual work to Frylock. His special powers are emitting charged blobs of pistachio milkshake from his straw and making any small object he throws to the ground explode, though the latter is not noticed by himself or other characters.
