Dancing With The Stars (U.S. Season 5)
Season five of '' Dancing with the Stars'' premiered on September 24, 2007 with a special three-night premiere week, on the ABC network. As with previous seasons, CTV Television Network aired the series in Canada. On November 27, 2007, Indy 500 driver Hélio Castroneves and Julianne Hough were crowned the champions, while Spice Girls singer Mel B and Maksim Chmerkovskiy finished in second place, and entertainer Marie Osmond and Jonathan Roberts finished third. Edyta Śliwińska
Edyta Śliwińska (; born May 6, 1981) is a Polish professional ballroom dancer who is starring in the stage show Dance Temptation. She is best known for her appearances on the American version of the reality television series ''Dancing with the Stars'', where she appeared on all of the first ten seasons of the show. Early life Śliwińska was born in Warsaw, Poland, and comes from a working-class Polish background. She took her first dancing class at age 12. ''Dancing with the Stars'' In the debut season of ''Dancing with the Stars'' in June 2005, Śliwińska partnered boxing champion Evander Holyfield, with whom she placed 5th in the competition. Jonathan Roberts (dancer)
Jonathan Roberts (born Jonathan Robert Stubenrauch; April 20, 1974) is an American professional ballroom dancer. He decided to take up dancing after he received a free trial at a local dance studio and enjoyed it. He currently resides in California. Achievements Jonathan Roberts is most well known for dancing on the United States version of ''Dancing with the Stars'' and choreographing routines on ''So You Think You Can Dance''. Andrew John Lachey (born August 8, 1976) is an American singer and actor. He is known as a member of 98 Degrees, the winner of the second season of '' Dancing with the Stars'', and the younger brother of Nick Lachey. Early years Drew Lachey was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. Season two of ''Dancing with the Stars'' premiered on January 6, 2006, on the ABC network. This season expanded each episode from an hour to 90 minutes, and added an hour-long results show the following night. On February 24, 98 Degrees singer Drew Lachey and Cheryl Burke were crowned the champions, while San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jerry Rice and Anna Trebunskaya finished in second place, and WWE wrestler Stacy Keibler and Tony Dovolani finished third. She is known for being a regular dance partner, trainer and choreographer on the ABC competition show '' Dancing with the Stars'', on which she was a professional from Season 8 to 15, excluding Season 13. Dancing With The Stars (American Season 15)
Season fifteen of '' Dancing with the Stars'', called ''Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars'', premiered on September 24, 2012, on the ABC network. Season 15 was the first to feature an "all-star" cast of returning celebrities. Six of the returning finalists had already won the title in prior seasons: Kelly Monaco, Drew Lachey, Emmitt Smith, Apolo Anton Ohno, Hélio Castroneves, and Shawn Johnson. Additionally, it was the only season to date to offer fractional (0.5) scores. Five contestants reunited with their original partners, while the other eight danced with new partners.
