Dan Stewart (As The World Turns)
Daniel "Dan" Stewart (born James "Jimmy" Lowell) is a fictional character from the soap opera, daytime soap opera ''As the World Turns''. Storylines Viewers saw Dan's beginnings as Jimmy Lowell, and watched as Ellen, a young single mother, gave up Jimmy for adoption. After Dan's adoptive mother died, his birth mother married his adoptive father, David Stewart, and mother and son were reunited. Dan was married to heroines Liz Talbot and Kim Reynolds, as well as the more villainous Susan Stewart (As the World Turns), Susan Burke. A love quadrangle with Dan, Susan, Liz and Dan's brother Paul was a cornerstone of the show's storylines for many years. The character of Dan died of a brain tumor. Dan's daughters, Emily Stewart and Betsy Stewart, figured prominently into subsequent stories on ''As the World Turns''. References External links

Paul O'Keefe
Paul O'Keefe (born April 27, 1951) is an American actor best known for his work as Ross Lane, the younger brother of Patty Duke's character Patty Lane in the television series ''The Patty Duke Show'' and for the movie '' The Daydreamer''. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, he began his schooling at the Immaculate Conception School and at the New England Conservatory of Music. Emily Stewart is a fictional character from ''As the World Turns'', an American soap opera on the CBS network. She has been portrayed by Kelley Menighan Hensley since July 1992. Alison Stewart is a fictional character from ''As the World Turns'', an American soap opera on the CBS network. Created by head writers Juliet Law Packer and Richard Backus, and introduced by executive producer Laurence Caso, the character was portrayed by several child actors, including Sarah Hyland. In 2002, the role was rapidly aged when Jessica Dunphy was cast in the role; she remained in the role until her exit in 2005. John Colenback
John Colenback (October 8, 1935 – May 12, 2015) was an American actor. He was best known for portraying Dan Stewart on ''As the World Turns''. Early years Colenback was born October 5, 1935, in Toledo, Ohio, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Colenback. His father, an executive vice president with Toledo Scale Company, died when he was 12. John Colenback attended Ottaway Hills Elementary School and was in 17 theatrical productions as a student at Ottawa Hills High School and was named best actor at Dartmouth College during his senior year there. Stage Summer stock theatre led the way for Colenback's acting career. An agent spotted him at Bucks County Playhouse in Pennsylvania and persuaded him to try acting in New York.
