Dan Hennessey
Dan Hennessey (born August 25)https://www.behindthevoiceactors.com/Dan-Hennessey/ is a Canadian voice director and voice actor who, early on in his career, performed with a children's comedy troupe The Zoo Factory (with John Stocker, Bruce Gordon, Harriet Cohen, and Jerelyn Homer). That same year, in 1973, he played Claudius, King of Denmark in his first film, a Canadian adaptation of Shakespeare's ''Hamlet'' play. A decade later, he was the voice of Chief Quimby and other characters on DiC's ''Inspector Gadget'' and starred as Dizzy in Nelvana's first feature film, ''Rock & Rule''. His best-known role is the voice of Brave Heart Lion in the animated ''Care Bears'' franchise (he also voiced Loyal Heart Dog). John Stocker (born August 13, 1947) is a Canadian voice actor. His career in voice acting began in the 1970s. Life and career In 1973, he joined a comedy troupe called the Zoo Factory, whose members consisted of Dan Hennessey, Bruce Gordon, Harriet Cohen and Jerelyn Craden. On television, Stocker played the voice of Beastly, the clumsy and frantic, but smart villain on the Nelvana version of the ''Care Bears'' television series ''The Care Bears Family''. He and Zoo Factory alumnus Dan Hennessey appeared as Thomson and Thompson on ''The Adventures of Tintin''. ''Police Academy'' (also known as ''Police Academy: The Animated Series'') is a 1988 animated television series based on the ''Police Academy'' series of films. The show was produced by Ruby-Spears Enterprises for Warner Bros. Animation. It aired weekdays and lasted two seasons for a total of 65 episodes. Some episodes feature a crime boss named Kingpin. His keen intelligence, girth, and stature are very similar to the Marvel Comics character of the same name. Other new characters were added to the show as well. Among them were a group of talking police dogs called the Canine Corps. ''Beetlejuice'' is an animated television series that ran from September 9, 1989, to October 26, 1991, on ABC, and on Fox from September 9, 1991, to December 6, 1991.
