Daniel Alan Brereton (born November 22 San Francisco Bay Area) is an American writer and illustrator who has produced notable work in the comic book field. Biography Early life Dan Brereton attended the California College of the Arts and the Academy of Art College. He stated in a 2014 interview that "One of earliest memories of drawing monsters is from kindergarten. Our teacher asked us one afternoon what we wanted to do with the hour we had left in class and I yelled out, 'Let’s draw monsters!'...So to my mind, anyway, monsters are the purest product of our imaginations, whether they be good or bad or just plain wild. Digital first is a communication theory that publishers should release content into new media channels in preference to old media. The premise behind the theory is that after the advent of Internet, most established media organizations continued to give priority to traditional media. Over time, those organizations faced a choice to either publish first in digital media or traditional media. A "digital first" decision occurs when a publisher chooses to distribute information online in preference to or at the expense of traditional media like print publishing. Ghoultown is an American rock band from Dallas, Texas, formed in 1999. They are a cowpunk band, combining elements of Western, heavy metal, punk rock and mariachi music. Shota (or Shotë) is an Albanian dance very popular in Albania and Kosovo. It involves synchronised steps, and a strong rhythm. It is commonly played at weddings, folk festivals and other events. During the 20s century this dance was performed in Serbia based on the choreography of Olga Skovran, leader (from 1948-1965) of the National Ensemble of Folk Dances and Songs of Serbia "Kolo". Fireball Ministry is an American heavy metal band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 1999. Biography Formed in Cincinnati in the late 1990s by James A. Rota II and Emily Burton, Fireball Ministry moved to New York City before settling in Los Angeles.
