Daniel Bakka Everton Bailey (born 9 September 1986) is a sprinter from Antigua and Barbuda who specializes in the 100m. Career Bailey represented Antigua and Barbuda at the 2004 Summer Olympics, the 2006 Commonwealth Games, the 2008 Summer Olympics, the 2012 Summer Olympics and the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Bailey took up running at the age of 11, but preferring cricket and football, he only became a serious athlete at the age of 16. In Beijing at the 2008 Olympics, he competed at the 100 metres sprint and placed second in his heat, just four hundredths of a second after Usain Bolt in a time of 10.24 seconds. He qualified for the second round in which he improved his time to 10.23 seconds. However, he was unable to qualify for the semi-finals as he finished in fourth place after Asafa Powell, Walter Dix, and Derrick Atkins. Daniel Bailey (born June 8, 1990) is an American college basketball coach and former player. He starred at Queens University of Charlotte, where he finished his career as the second all-time leading scorer and rebounder in school history. Bailey founded the GameChangers Basketball Camp in his hometown of Columbia, South Carolina before getting involved as an Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) coach and skills development instructor. Dan Bailey (born January 26, 1988) is an American football placekicker who is a free agent. Bailey grew up in the Oklahoma City area and played college football at Oklahoma State University. Following the 2011 NFL Draft, Bailey signed with the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent. He spent seven years in Dallas, where he became the franchise's all-time leader in field goals made. Dan Bailey (March 22, 1904 – 1982) was a fly-shop owner, innovative fly developer and staunch Western conservationist. Born on a farm near Russellville, Kentucky, Bailey is best known for the fly shop he established in Livingston, Montana in 1938. Dan Bailey's Fly Shop is still in business. Early life Dan Bailey graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, in 1926 and earned a master's degree in physics from the University of Kentucky. He was a teacher in Missouri when he became interested in fly fishing. His next job brought him to Lehigh University where he was able to pursue trout fishing in the central Pennsylvania chalkstreams. Danny Stephen Bailey (born 21 May 1964) is an English retired professional footballer. Early career He began his career as an apprentice with AFC Bournemouth, turning professional and making his league debut in the 1980–81 season. After only one further league appearance for Bournemouth, he dropped out of league football, joining Dagenham. He later joined Walthamstow Avenue, from whom he joined Torquay United on a free transfer in March 1984.
