Damien McCrory
Damien Paul McCrory (born 23 February 1990) is an Irish professional footballer who plays as a defender for club Grantham Town. First signing professional forms with Plymouth Argyle in 2008, he spent the next two years on loan at Port Vale and Grimsby Town, before joining Dagenham & Redbridge in 2010. He played for the "Daggers" in their victory in the 2010 League Two play-off final. He also won international caps for his country at under-18 and under-19 levels. In June 2012, he signed a two-year deal with Burton Albion. He helped Burton to the League Two title in 2014–15 and then to promotion out of League One in 2015–16. He joined Portsmouth on loan in August 2017. After his seven-year spell at Burton came to an end, he moved on to Notts County in August 2019. Vale Park
Vale Park is a football stadium in Stoke-on-Trent, England. It has been the home ground of Port Vale F.C. since 1950. The ground has seen its capacity go up and down, its peak being 42,000 in 1954 against Blackpool, although a club record 49,768 managed to squeeze in for a 1960 FA Cup fifth round fixture against Aston Villa. Mark Stuart Grew (born 15 February 1958) is an English former football player and coach who played as a goalkeeper. His career started in 1976 with West Bromwich Albion, where he spent seven seasons as a back-up keeper before moving on to Leicester City. After just a year with the "Foxes" he moved on to Ipswich Town. In 1986, he signed for Port Vale, where he became the first choice goalkeeper. He spent six years at Vale Park, making almost 200 the Football League appearances, twice winning the club's Player of the Year award and playing in the 1989 Third Division play-off victory. Raymond Williams (born 30 August 1946) is an English former footballer who played as a striker. He now works as a commentator at BBC Radio Stoke. Starting his career at Stoke City, he did not make a first team appearance and so moved on to Stafford Rangers, and also worked as a teacher. He helped Rangers to lift the FA Trophy in 1972 and to top the Northern Premier League in 1971–72, before he returned to the Football League with Port Vale in July 1972. He scored 40 goals in 194 appearances for the club over the next five years, and was given the club's Player of the Year award in 1972–73. He played 457 league games in a seventeen-year career in the English Football League. He started his career at Aston Villa in 1980, before he moved on to Middlesbrough seven years later. The English Football League (EFL) is a league of professional football clubs from England and Wales. Founded in 1888 as the Football League, the league is the oldest such competition in the world.
