Damian Crowley
Damian Graham Crowley (born 20 May 1989) is a South African cricketer of Italian descent. He made his debut for the Italian national side in August 2010, and has since captained Italy at several tournaments. Crowley is a right-handed batsman who bowls slow left-arm orthodox spin. Playing career Born in Cape Town, Crowley later moved to England, where he played county cricket for the Nottinghamshire Second XI in 2008 and 2009, but unable to force his way into the county first eleven. Although he had an Italian background through his grandmother (an immigrant to South Africa from Rimini), Crowley did not meet ICC eligibility requirements for Italy until 2010. 2013 ICC World Cricket League Division Three
The 2013 ICC World Cricket League Division Three was a cricket tournament which took place from 28 April to 5 May 2013 in Bermuda. It formed part of the ICC World Cricket League and qualifying for the 2015 World Cup. Nepal were the pre-tournament favourites, but they lost against USA and Uganda in their first two matches. On the other hand, USA and Uganda made solid starts. Uganda remained unbeaten in their first four matches to comfortably secure one of the two available places in the 2014 World Cup Qualifier. In the fifth round of the league, three teams remained in contention for the second qualifying spot, USA having won 3 out of 4 and Bermuda & Nepal both having won 2 out of 4. USA could guarantee progress by defeating the hosts Bermuda, but for Nepal to proceed, they had to defeat Italy by a heavy margin and also rely on a Bermuda victory over the USA. 2012 ICC World Twenty20
The 2012 ICC World Twenty20 was the fourth ICC World Twenty20 competition, an international Twenty20 cricket tournament that took place in Sri Lanka from 18 September to 7 October 2012 which was won by the West Indies. The schedule has been posted by International Cricket Council (ICC). This was the first World Twenty20 tournament held in an Asian country, the last three having been held in South Africa, England and the West Indies. Sri Lankan pacer Lasith Malinga had been chosen as the event ambassador of the tournament by ICC. The format had four groups of three teams in a preliminary round. Carl Stephen Sandri (born 11 July 1983) is an Italian-Australian cricket coach and former player. He represented Italy from 2012 to 2017 and also played a single season with the Sydney Thunder. He is an all-rounder who bats right-handed and bowls off-spin. He coached Papua New Guinea from 2021 to 2022. Playing career Sandri played for the Victoria Second XI in the 2005/06 Australian season. Bowling Average
In cricket, a player's bowling average is the number of runs they have conceded per wicket taken. The lower the bowling average is, the better the bowler is performing. It is one of a number of statistics used to compare bowlers, commonly used alongside the economy rate and the strike rate to judge the overall performance of a bowler. Hayden Peter Patrizi Dell’Agnello (born 1 October 1985) is an Australian-born Italian cricketer. Patrizi is a right-handed batsman who fields as a wicket-keeper. He was born at Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Western Australia. While in Australia, Patrizi played for Western Australia at Under-17 and Under-19 level between the 2002/03 and 2004/05 seasons. Alessandro Bonora (born 24 May 1978) is a former Italian people, Italian cricketer. Life and cricket career Bonora was born at Bordighera in Liguria region, but grew up in South Africa, where he was educated in Cape Town. The Kenya national cricket team represents the Republic of Kenya in international cricket. Kenya is an associate member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) which has Twenty20 International (T20I) status after the ICC granted T20I status to all of their members. Oman National Cricket Team
The Oman national cricket team is the team that represents the country of Oman and is governed by the Oman Cricket Board, which became an Affiliate Member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in 2000, and gained Associate status in 2014. The 2012 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier was played in early 2012 as a part of ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier series. This edition of the qualifier for the 2012 ICC World Twenty20 was an expanded version comprising ten qualifiers from regional Twenty20 tournaments, in addition to the six ODI/Twenty20 status countries.
