''Damayan Ngayon'', also known as ''Damayan'' is a Philippine public service talk show program, and is one of the longest-running public service programs in the country. The first incarnation of the show was hosted by veteran actress and Philippine Red Cross member Rosa Rosal and William Thio, which first ran on ABS-CBN from October 20, 1969, until it closed down on September 21, 1972, as a telethon, and was revived on December 1, 1975, and aired on GTV (which later became MBS, NBN and PTV) until November 20, 2010, after merely 35 years. The second incarnation of the show premiered on PTV on October 6, 2017, and now airs every Fridays. It was hosted by Thio, and new host Emilie Katigbak.Natatanging Gawad Urian Kay Rosa Rosal

Rosa Rosal
Florence Danon Gayda (born Florence Lansang Danon; October 16, 1928), better known as Rosa Rosal, is a FAMAS award-winning Filipina film actress dubbed as the "original femme fatale of Philippine cinema." She is also known for her work with the Philippine Red Cross (formerly Philippine National Red Cross). For her humanitarian activities, she received the 1999 Ramon Magsaysay Award for Public Service, an award widely considered as Asia's Nobel Prize. She is the mother of TV host Toni Rose Gayda. Early life Rosal was born Florence Lansang Danon in Manila. Her mother Gloria Lansang hailed from Santa Rita, Pampanga, while her father Julio Danon was of French and Egyptian descent. List Of Programs Broadcast By ABS-CBN
This is a list of programs broadcast by ABS-CBN, a Philippine television network. The network is headquartered in ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center, Diliman, Quezon City. On May 5, 2020, ABS-CBN was issued a cease-and-desist order by the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) and Solicitor General Jose Calida, after the NTC refused to renew the network's franchise license earlier in February 2020. The franchise license expired on May 4, 2020, and a day later, ABS-CBN officially signed off in the evening. On July 10, 2020, the House Committee of 18th Congress rejected the franchise renewal of ABS-CBN. As a result, the network was forced to cease operations of some of its divisions and laid off its workers on August 31, 2020.
