Dalum Idrætsforening is a Danish football club currently playing in the Danish 3rd Division, the fourth tier of the Danish divisions. They play at Dalum Stadion in southern parts of Odense on Funen, a stadium with a capacity of 4,000. Founded in 1931, the club rose to prominence in the late 1990s, playing two seasons in the second tier, Danish 1st Division and six seasons in the third tier Danish 2nd Division from 1998 to 2006, and again from 2015–16. Starting from the 2006–07 season, they merged with B 1909 and B 1913 Boldklubben 1913 is a Danish football club which plays in Albani Series. They play at Campus Road, in Odense on Funen. 2015–16 Danish 2nd Divisions
The 2015–16 Danish 2nd Divisions will be the first with the league divided in three groups of eight teams in the autumn. In spring there will be a promotion play-off and a relegation play-off. The top three teams of the promotion play-off group will be promoted to the 2016–17 Danish 1st Division. The Danish Football Union ( da, Dansk Boldspil-Union; DBU) is the governing body of football in Denmark. It is the organization of the Danish football clubs and runs the professional Danish football leagues and the men's and women's national teams. FC Fyn
FC Fyn was a Danish football club from Odense on Funen. The club was founded in 2006 and its first appearance was in the 2006–07 season. FC Fyn played their home matches at Odense Atletikstadion, which is the current home ground of B 1909 and B 1913. The first manager was former Zambia national coach Roald Poulsen. Poulsen resigned for personal reasons in the end of 2007 and was replaced by Viggo Jensen. The team's home shirt was half red and half blue, while the away shirt was yellow. The club was declared bankrupt on 31 January 2013. Boldklubben 1909, known as B1909, is a Danish association football club currently playing in the Denmark Series. They play at Gillested Park in Odense on Funen, which has a capacity of 6,000. Founded in 1909, the club spent a total 38 seasons in the Danish championship from 1912 to 1993, and won the 1959 and 1964 Danish 1st Division championships, as well as the 1962 and 1971 Danish Cup trophies. In the 2006–07 season, the first team of B1909 merged with B 1913 and Dalum IF, to form FC Fyn. B 1909's new first team continued in the Danish league system, but had to stay two leagues below FC Fyn. 2006–07 In Danish Football
The 2006–07 season in Danish football, began in July 2006 and ended in June 2007. Overview From the 2006–07 season, B 1909, B 1913 and Dalum IF merged into FC FYN. All three clubs played in the 2005–06 season in 2nd Division West. FC FYN will also play in the 2nd Division. From this season, the Cup will take a make-over. The current eight rounds will be shorted to seven. The teams from 1st Division placed 1 to 4 in 2005–06 and the teams from Superligaen placed 5–12 in 2005–06 will start in the 2nd round. The teams from Superligaen placed 1–4 in 2005–06 will start in the 3rd round. Parken Stadium will be expanded in the autumn 2006 from 42,100 seats to 42,765. The 2nd Division ( da, Danmarksturneringens 2. division or Herre-DM 2. division) is a semi-professional association football league for men and the third division in Denmark. It is organised by the Divisionsforeningen on behalf of the Danish Football Association (Danish FA; DBU) as part of the nation-wide Danmarksturneringen i fodbold (Herre-DM) and is positioned between the second-tier 1st Division and the fourth-tier Danish 3rd Division in the Danish football league system. Clubs in the league must meet certain criteria concerning appropriate facilities and finances. All of the 2nd Division clubs qualify for the proper rounds of the DBU Pokalen.
