Dalia Kaddari
Dalia Kaddari (born 23 March 2001) is an Italian athlete sprinter who specialises in the 200 metres. She won a gold medal at the 2021 European U23 Championships. Kaddari is also a two time Italian champion in the event. At the age of 17, Kaddari was the 2018 Youth Olympic 200 m silver medallist. She competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics, in 200 m. Biography Kaddari was born on 23 March 2001 in Cagliari, Sardinia, to an Italian mother and Moroccan-born father. Growing up, she set consecutive Italian records in her signature event of the 200 metres. Aged 17, she won a silver medal at the 2018 Youth Olympics in Buenos Aires with a national under-18 best time of 23.45 seconds. In 2019-20, she set national indoor under-20 records, ultimately lowering it to 23.85 s. Athletics (sport), Athletics at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics was held from 11 to 16 October. The events took place at the Parque Olímpico de la Juventud in Buenos Aires, Argentina. For the first time, every athletics' event featured 2 stages – 2 separate competitions, both of their results were added together to conclude final standings. Qualification Each National Olympic Committee (NOC) can enter a maximum of 36 athletes, 18 per each gender and 1 per each event. 2020 Italian Athletics Championships
The 2020 Italian Athletics Championships are the 110th edition of the Italian Athletics Championships and took place in Padua — instead of La Spezia as initially scheduled before the COVID-19 pandemic. 10 running events are held later 17–18 October 2020, in Campo Scuola Atletica, Modena, for all the long-distance events (1500m and more, walking races), with the 10km (track) previously in Vittorio Veneto. The only National Record set during these Championships was the Italian Junior record by Rachele Mori (born 2003) with 65.03 m, second at Hammer Throw, but the Championships Record of 21.99 m by Leonardo Fabbri was considered as the best mark of all the first phase.
