Daily Bread Food Bank
The Daily Bread Food Bank (DBFB) is a non-denominational Christianity, non-denominational Canada, Canadian charitable organization, charity organisation that strives to end hunger in urban communities. The organisation is based in Toronto, Ontario, and feeds thousands of low-income people a year. They also provide valuable resources to the same demographic in order to find them financial assistance and support when needed. The Daily Bread Food Bank is the largest food bank in Canada and was founded in 1983. 80% of donations come from big companies, while the remaining 20% comes from the general public. Mod Club Theatre
The Mod Club Theatre (commonly called Mod Club) was an entertainment venue in Toronto that operated from 2002 to 2020. Its address was 722 College Street, which is in the city's Little Italy neighbourhood. Founded by Platinum Blonde frontman Mark Holmes and fellow English-expat Bobbi Guy, the venue hosted live performances and DJ nights. Overview Mod Club Theatre had a 618 person capacity and a stage that was 24 feet wide x 18 feet deep. Its interior was accented with murals featuring images of 1960s mod subculture.
