Dado Polumenta
Damir "Dado" Polumenta (born 29 August 1982) is a Montenegrin and Serbian pop-folk recording artist. Life and career Polumenta was born into a Muslim family in Bijelo Polje, in northern Montenegro. His uncle Šako Polumenta is also a singer. In 2008 they released a duet single "Ljepša od noći" (''More Beautiful Than Night'') on Šako's album '' Sanjao sam san...''. His first album, '' Jasmina'', released in 2001 through the label Best Records, found little success. However, after a hiatus, Dado became prominent in the Balkans music industry after the release of his second album '' 100 stepeni'' (2005) under the label Grand Production. In due course, he left Grand Production and, through his uncle, signed with Gold Music and recorded '' Volim te...'' (2007). On 26 June 2008, Dado released a single, a ballad titled "Moja srno", which was performed in the "Vogošća Festival 2008" in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Bijelo Polje
Bijelo Polje ( cnr, Бијело Поље, ) is a town in northeastern Montenegro on the Lim River. It has an urban population of 15,400 (2011 census). It is the administrative, economic, cultural and educational centre of northern Montenegro. Bijelo Polje is the center of Bijelo Polje Municipality (population of 46,051). It is the unofficial center of the north-eastern region of Montenegro. Bijelo Polje means 'white field' in Serbo-Croatian. History Bijelo Polje's Saint Peter and Paul Church is the place where the UNESCO Miroslav's Gospel of Miroslav, brother of Serbian ruler Stefan Nemanja was written. Islam in Montenegro refers to adherents, communities and religious institutions of Islam in Montenegro. It is the second largest religion in the country, after Christianity. Bosniaks are an ethnic group in Montenegro, first introduced in the 2003 census. According to the last census from 2011, the total number of Bosniaks in Montenegro was 53,605 or 8.6% of the population. Bosniaks are the third largest ethnic group in the country, after Montenegrins and Serbs. Stefan Đurić ( sr-cyr, Стефан Ђурић; born 16 November 1989), better known as Rasta ( sr-cyr, Раста), is a Serbian rapper and singer from Priština. He gained mainstream recognition with his singles "Kavasaki" (2014) and "Cavali" (2015), and is additionally known for popularizing the Auto-Tune pitch correction effect in the western Balkans and for often promoting marijuana in his songs.
