Da Hit Squad
Da Hit Squad is a professional wrestling tag team that formerly competed in Ring of Honor, Jersey All Pro Wrestling and many other independent promotions. The members are Monsta Mack and Mafia. They are known as the ''Hardest Hitting'' tag team on the indies. This duo of ''Repeat Offenders'' brutalized their opponents with numerous high impact moves. History Da Hit Squad was a part of the first ever Ring of Honor match. They faced the Christopher Street Connection at ''The Era of Honor Begins'', defeating them in minutes to prove that wrestling is greater than sports entertainment. The next few ROH shows saw Da Hit Squad winning many squash matches. Later, they began feuding with teams such as The Carnage Crew and the Natural Born Sinners. The Carnage Crew wanted to prove that they were really the hardest hitting team in ROH, so the two teams engaged in a series of hardcore matches. Steve Mack
Steven Carrasquillo (born May 3, 1979) is an American professional wrestler better known as Monsta Mack. He is perhaps best known for his stint in Ring of Honor with Dan "Mafia" Maff as the tag team Da Hit Squad. Mack currently performs on the independent circuit, most prominently for Jersey All Pro Wrestling, where he works as both a wrestler and a commentator. CZW World Tag Team Championship
The CZW World Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling world tag team championship owned and copyrighted by the Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW) promotion; it is contested for in their tag team division. It was created and debuted on February 13, 1999 at CZW's Opening Night event, where Jon Dahmer and Jose Rivera, Jr. were awarded the championship, becoming the inaugural champions in the process. Combat Zone Wrestling
Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW) is an American independent wrestling promotion. In 1998, John Zandig and five of his students, Ric Blade, T.C.K, Lobo, Nick Gage and Justice Pain, along with trainer Jon Dahmer, began to run professional wrestling shows in New Jersey and Delaware, showcasing a brand of hardcore wrestling dubbed as "ultraviolence". Ladders, tables, steel folding chairs, thumbtacks, barbed wire, weed whackers, light tubes, panes of glass, exploding barbed wire baseball bats, and fire are all common elements of "ultraviolent wrestling" in CZW. The company filled a niche for hardcore wrestling fans that had been left open by the folding of Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW). Acid-Fest: A Tribute to Trent Acid was an interpromotional professional wrestling memorial event co-produced by the Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW) and Jersey All Pro Wrestling (JAPW) promotions, which took place on July 10, 2010, at the Viking Hall in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The show was held in honor of Trent Acid, one-half of the independent wrestling tag team The Backseat Boyz with Johnny Kashmere, who died of an accidental drug overdose at his home in Philadelphia less than a month before.
