DaShon Polk
DaShon Lamor Polk (born March 13, 1977) is a former American football linebacker in the National Football League (NFL). He played professionally for the Buffalo Bills and Houston Texans. Early life Polk was born in Pacoima, California and attended Taft High School where he was selected for All-City. Polk played college football at the University of Arizona and was a three-year starter. Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and the defensive linemen. They are the "middle ground" of defenders, playing closer to the line of scrimmage than the defensive backs (secondary), but farther back than the defensive linemen.
