Dream FM Network was a radio network in the Philippines. It was founded in September 2004 as a radio arm of ABC Development Corporation (now TV5 Network, Inc.), and later on Interactive Broadcast Media. Dream FM Network shut down its national network in June 2011, with its Manila flagship station currently operated by Ultrasonic Broadcasting System as Energy FM. DWKY (91.5 FM), broadcasting as 91.5 Win Radio, is a radio station owned by Mabuhay Broadcasting System and operated by Manuelito "Manny" Luzon's ZimZam Management, Inc. It serves as the flagship station of the Win Radio Network. The station's studio and transmitter are located at the 40th Floor, Summit One Tower, Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong. TV5 (also known as 5 and formerly known as ABC) is a Philippine free-to-air television network based in Mandaluyong, with its alternate studios located in Novaliches, Quezon City. Ultrasonic Broadcasting System, Inc. (UBSI) is a Philippine radio network owned by the SYSU Group of Companies, a conglomerate owned by the Sy family. UBSI owns a number of FM stations across the country under the Energy FM brand. History UBSI was founded by the Sy family in 1991 with the launch of K-LOVE 1494. In 1996, UBSI hired former station manager of DZMB and radio consultant Manuelito "Manny" F. Luzon as general manager. Under Luzon's management, he conceptualized a new FM network called Energy FM. It was launched first in Davao, followed by another station in Cebu (later transferred to 89.1 FM from 2003 to 2004) and in Naga.
